What is the minimum time I can store with you? What do I need to do to move out? What can’t I store? Will you accept deliveries? Can I have shelving in my unit? Do I need my own padlock? Yes you need your own padlock, that way you’re guaranteed to be the only person who has a key. top ^ How much does it cost to store? It depends on what you have and the amount of items you have to store. Go to our How Much Space Do I Need section where it can give you a general idea of how much space you need. From there send us an email via our Quote section or give us a call and we can give you an accurate quote. That way you are not paying for more space than you need. top ^ Are there any extra costs? The price you are quoted includes your storage charges and GST. You will need a padlock to secure your unit. For insurance you may already have a home contents policy that will cover you whilst in storage, let your insurance company know that you are storing with us and you should be covered. If not we offer Insurance at extremely competitive rates through QBE. top ^ How often do I pay? Payment is one month in advance on move in and then on the anniversary date of each month thereafter. You can pay for more than one month in advance if you wish. We refund you any unused storage charges on move out. top ^ How can I pay for my storage rental? Cash, Cheque, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos, Direct Credit top ^ When can I have access to my space? Access is available 7 days per week 24 Hours a day a Castle Hill and between 7:30am - 5:30pm Mon-Sat and 9:00am - 4:00pm Sun & Pub Hol at Galston. If you need to access your units outside these times you can speak with us and make arrangements. There are no charges for access no matter how many times you access your unit. top ^ Can someone else access my space? Only with written authority from you will we allow someone else to access your space so long as they also have a key. top ^ How do I get my goods to you? You can bring them down yourself in your own vehicle, you can borrow our free trailer or make use of our free move-in assistance service. Alternatively we can recommend quality and reliable local removalists to help you with your move. top ^ Can I transfer to another space if I find out the one I am in does not suit? Yes you can. Your monthly unit rental amount will be altered to suit the size you move into. top ^ What is the minimum time I can store with you? 1 day but we have a minimum charge of 1 months rent. top ^ What do I need to do to move out? We just ask that you give us 7 days notice on move out. Within 7 days of you moving out we will also refund any monies you have paid in advance. top ^ What can’t I store? You can store almost anything you want, the only exceptions are: Hazardous and Flammable Materials Illegal or Stolen Goods Firearms or Explosives Foodstuffs or Organic Material top ^ Will you accept deliveries? Yes we will as long as you give us notice of what and when it is coming. This is offered to you as a Free Service and no responsibility is taken for short deliveries. top ^ Can I have shelving in my unit? Yes you can have shelving so long as it is free standing. top ^
